Cotton on GMTV and CITV clips and ads (16/4/2001)

Most of Fearne's links on Cotton on GMTV and the opening of the morning's CITV presented by Danielle Nicholls and that Arthur Darvill bloke off of Doctor Who (a.k.a. Tom) from Easter Monday, 16th April, 2001 (I think), plus a whole host of ads and promos and stuff. Unfortunately, Stephen Gately's appearances are only brief as this is all that was on the tape, but we get to enjoy introductions to Pokemon, Power Rangers, X-Men: Evolution, and Digimon, plus competitions to win a guitar and some Batman-related goodies. As far as the ads go, those Twirl'n Whirl'n pens and torches were new to me, as was the water-based reinvention of the humble hula-hoop (the toy, not the snack). I did enjoy the animation in that Harmonie advert, but what in the world is "organic grass"? What was the opposite that apparently everyone else's cows were eating? And while we're at it, what's organic shampoo? I'm very much all for using fewer harmful chemicals where possible, but I've genuinely got no idea what claims they're even trying to make there. Many thanks to ‪@David315842‬ for sending me this tape. (If you're a copyright holder and have any objections, please feel free to contact me. Alternatively, I haven't monetised the video, so you're welcome to do so, and that way everybody wins.)
