Wash the chicken feet thoroughly, boil them for about 15 minutes, and rinse with cold water. 2. Add the chicken feet to 1 liter of water, then add 8 tablespoons of soy sauce (approximately 1/2 cup), 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 4 tablespoons of allulose, 2 tablespoons of mirin, and 1 tablespoon of Chinese soy sauce (for color).
