The ULTIMATE Rear Axle UPGRADE Nissan Patrol (35 Spline Full Float)

Been working away on this for over 12 months and it’s finally time to show it off. This is my fully bolt-on 35 spline full floating rear axle kit built to suit Nissan Patrol H233/H260 diffs using Dana 60 unit bearings. The goal was simple, fix one of the biggest weak points in these diffs without cutting up the housing. In this video I run through the design, why I built it, and what makes it different. Key features: • Full floating design with 35 spline chromoly axles • Dual caliper mounts using factory GU Patrol rear brakes • Option to run a second caliper for a cutting brake or secondary setup • Fully bolt-on • Multiple width options to suit different track setups • Designed around readily available components I’ve been building and racing Patrols for years and rear axles have always been a weak link. This setup is something I’ll be running in my own cars and testing properly before release. Still in the testing phase at the moment — I’ll be pushing it hard and sharing updates as we go. If you’re interested in one of these kits or want to follow along with testing, drop a comment below or send me a message.
