DIY Racing Stripes for the MINI Cooper S!

Racing stripes and the MINI – a match made in automotive history. They’ve always been an iconic look on a MINI, and I’ve long felt that mine was missing them. Now, to finally complete the black and light blue theme of my Cooper S, I’ve added a set of bold light blue racing stripes. In this video, I take you through the full process: prepping the paint, using knifeless tape for clean vinyl edges, and aligning the stripes with a laser to get them perfectly centred. The result is a near factory-level finish that transforms the look of the car. To celebrate the new look, I headed out for a drive to the Grossglockner – the perfect backdrop for some final photos and cinematic shots of the MINI with its new stripes.
