MUGEMANA Charles he was a singer in the Umusamariya Mwiza Choir. he joined the choir in 1998, where he sang the Bass part. he served as the president (leader) from 2002 - 2004. he served as the Director of choirs in the Nyamirambo District. he also served as the Director of choirs at the ECRF Level (East central Rwanda Field). at the time of his passing (falling asleep), he was still an active singer in the Umusamariya Mwiza Choir.
