08.28.2021 It has been a long time since we wanted to try the cuisine of Ana Roš, a Slovenian chef who leads the Hiša Franko restaurant, two Michelin Star Restaurant in Kobarid (Caporetto), together with her husband Valter Kramar. It was very exciting to try the dishes of this slovenian chef, with a very beautiful history: dishes with surprising combinations, with tastes and preparations that make you travel, using local ingredients, reinterpreted to amaze, but always respecting traditions.
