Beginner Double Staff Tutorial: Antispin

http://www.drexfactor.com Antispin is the first double staff move we've played with where the staff rotates the opposite direction from the hand, but the results look super cool! One way you could think of this move is by thinking either the thumb or the pinkie end of the staff passes back and forth along a horizontal line. With that in mind, the end of this video features slow-motion references for all four timing and direction combinations with both thumb and pinkie ends along the center line.
