Unlock Your Hip Flexors | 30 Min Yoga Flow | Stretch and Release

This 32-minute yoga flow focuses on the hip flexors, the muscles at the front of the hips that help lift the leg and knee towards the body. If you sit a lot, your hip flexors can feel tight, weak, or a bit stuck, so this is a great practice to come back to regularly. We’ll work on lengthening the front of the hips, creating more space through the pelvis, and supporting better movement in the body. This class is also really useful if you’re working on deeper backbends, as open hip flexors can help the front body feel more available without forcing the spine.
