Here’s a guitar cover of Hey God from Bon Jovi’s 1995 album These Days, by Jesper. . I was only 1 year old in ’95 - but I can imagine it must have been mindblowing to put on the These Days album and have this killer song to start the album. This is just Jovi at its best. Jon is incredible vocally and Richie is killing it guitar wise. So many cool licks and also some nice slide work. I remember being so psyched when Bon Jovi started playing this one live again in 2008. It has disappeared since 2013 but I’m not sure Jon would do a good job with this one with his recent vocals… Anyway - killer song and such an amazing way to start an album! .
