Harbor Breeze Cheshire 52" Ceiling Fan - Broken High Speed

Filmed back during the summer of 2021, this is a clip I took of a Harbor Breeze Cheshire that was installed in the bedroom of a vacation home I was staying at (the same one the Quorum fan from the previous video was installed in, and you can check out that video here:    • Quorum Builder Series(?) 52" Ceiling Fan  ) This individual fan, unfortunately, had a broken high speed. By that, I mean that the fan's high speed was the exact same as medium speed. The slow speed for this fan was also particularly slow, as can be seen in the video. My theory is that the state of the fan's speeds is the result of the fan's capacitor being broken. Either way, I have no idea if this fan is still installed in this home or not, but, regardless of its performance, it was a pretty beautiful and simple fan.
