Neighbourhood: Search for "(city name) Demographics Profile" , such as "Brentwood demographics profile), usually it will take you to city hall link like this one: https://www.burnaby.ca/About-Burnaby/... 2. Property Tax: Search for "(city name) Property Tax Rate 2020", it will take you to a government link like this one: https://www.burnaby.ca/City-Services/... 3. Schools: Search property address in Google map, and then search "nearby" and type SCHOOL, Google will tell you all available schools on map 4. Crime Rate: Search for "(city name) Crime Rate 2020", different city has different level of info on this 5. Jobs: Search for "Major headquarters (City Name)", Google will tell you all headquarters, look for ones near your property 6. Transportation: Search your property address in Google map, click "nearby" and type BUS or TRAIN, Google map will tell you all stops near you 7. Amenities: Search your property address in Google map, click "nearby" and type POOL, GYM, etc. Google will tell you 8. Future Developments: Search for "(City Name) Development Plan 2020", usually will take you to city hall site with all approved and applied developments 9. Vacancy: Search for "(City Name) Vacancy 2020", this one should be very easy to find 10.
