1947 Ford 2N - Behlen rotary mower (brush hog) #4, Home made "Stay chains"
Thanks to a couple of comments on my other videos, I was inspired to install my own "stay chains" on the 2N. The tractor does not have accurate position control, and I needed the deck height just a few inches off the ground for mowing my thick fields. This mod did the trick. I also have room to adjust the brush hog lower for a tighter pass. Thanks again for those who made this suggestion. And, maybe this video will help somebody else out there with the same issue.
