DISNEY DISABILITY ACCESS SERVICE (DAS) UPDATES // My experience getting denied DAS [CC]

As someone who grew up going to Disney, I am disheartened, angry, and frustrated by their new changes to their Disability Access Service (DAS) program. Because of my disability, I am unable to ride rides without DAS, and the "accommodation" I was offered when I was denied DAS does not meet my needs. Therefore, on my most recent trip, I did not ride a single ride. These changes to DAS have changed how I feel about Disney, which is unfortunate because I have so many wonderful memories from the Disney parks.
