Seicane H221 on Accord 2005 Dual Climate
SOLUTION: There are 2 wires on the small 4 pins connector behind the AC controls that need to be swapped (white and white w/black stripe): check this picture for the correct wire configuration https://ibb.co/VLGgYfk Here's a video showing the issue with this Seicane radio, the buttons are working but the AC controls are not showing on the screen. If anyone has the same radio and it's working for them please leave a comment!
