Octopuses, it seems, have finally made it to CNC! This isn't the first such model I've made. I bought the first version for VK Donations from a colleague of ours—he made his own octopus, and the work really captivated me. And then I saw that 3D modelers were also inspired by this theme and made their own version. How could I pass it by? I liked the model, bought it, and decided to see how this sea creature would look in wood. The result was a wooden octopus-shaped dish 🐙 The shape is unusual, there are lots of details, tentacles, texture, relief—the machine had plenty to do, and I had plenty to look at 😄 And I'd also like to ask you: is this format interesting? Not just a short video saying "here's the result," but a proper conversational video—with the history of the model, the process, thoughts on processing, flaws, conclusions, and impressions.
