American Reacts to Harry Potter in Britain vs. America

Without a doubt Harry Potter has been one of the biggest British influences on the United States not only in the modern day but possibly throughout all of history. That being said I am a little bit familiar with the notion that there is appearently a few differences between the American issues of Harry Potter and the British additions, and just in general I know for a fact there are many British references in the books that went way over my head.
