This humble, years-old restaurant serves up authentic Kollam-style meals, featuring specials like kozhiperattu (chicken perattu), prawns roast, and crispy fish fries. What makes this place even more impressive? It's run by just three people who handle everything — from cooking and cleaning to serving guests. I especially enjoyed the kozhiperattu, which was milder than the spicier versions you typically find in Trivandrum. The prawns roast had a unique twist with a slightly sweet and tangy flavor, thanks to the tomatoes. The curries that came with the meals were also delicious and full of flavor.
