MACARONS HERMOSOS Y DELICIOSOS: SECRETOS Y TIPS

My story with macarons is magical. They're a super trendy treat that I absolutely LOVE, and I first tried them back in 2014 when I traveled to Switzerland. Although I tried to recreate them (without much baking experience) and failed, I kept at it until I learned the technique and perfected the recipe. There are a few variations of this delightful treat: sometimes they're made with Italian meringue and other times with Swiss meringue, however, the one that works best for me is the classic French meringue. This is the recipe I learned in college, but in my own way (I tweaked some quantities so it would always turn out the same), so give it a try and let me know how it goes.
