Thanks to an integrated gyroscope, the soundbar can detect its orientation and automatically adjust the roles of its speakers. The new HW-QS700F is a 3.1.2 channel soundbar (with a total of 8 speakers) that can be placed either horizontally (on a shelf) or vertically (mounted on a wall). Depending on its position, the speaker roles change: on a shelf, the front speakers act as expected, but once mounted vertically, they switch roles with the Atmos speakers—clever, right? It supports Dolby Atmos and DTS Virtual:X and introduces the new Eclipsa Audio system. It also comes with a cube-shaped wireless subwoofer that features a 7-inch active driver and an 8-inch passive radiator. The HW-QS700F includes Dynamic Bass Control for enhanced low frequencies and supports major streaming systems like AirPlay, Google Cast, Roon Ready, and SmartThings.
