Reviving a Morris Minor Heater That Hasn’t Worked in 10 Years
In this video, I remove the original heater from Patch, my 1967 Morris Minor after it hasn’t worked since i brought him. I strip it down, clean it, repair the heater valve, and refit everything to see if it can be brought back to life for minimal cost. This is a proper hands-on fix using the original components, and by the end of the job I finally have warm air blowing into the cabin again — something this car hasn’t had for many years. If you’re a classic car owner dealing with poor cabin heat, a seized heater valve, or a non-working heater, this video shows what’s involved in diagnosing, cleaning, and repairing the Morris Minor heater system.
