Overview of EchoLink - VE1XOP
This video will provide a quick overview of the EchoLink software. I've been using this software for years and can say it's "Amazing". I've heard many people asking what it's about and how it works. The beauty of this software is that it can be used on you computer, tablet or smart phone. And the software has no cost. If you're looking for a different way to access Amateur Radio, this is the means of making it happen. It does require a Internet connection and does not require for you to connect a radio to use this software. But you must be a licensed Amateur Radio operator to use this software. I'm sharing this video for the purpose of what I use as an alternative to my radio set-up. Please subscribe to this channel and share the video's as you feel fit. If you're part of a Club and you would like to post these videos on your website, please do.
