Ahead of the grand opening (Tuesday, May 7th at 5:30 pm), a sneak peek at the MOG, the new mezzanine level of Genoa's Mercato Orientale, where preparations are in full swing. Light filters powerfully through the large windows and illuminates the Piazza del Gusto. A place to discover and experience all day long, with 11 food corners and a central bar seating 270 at minimalist tables surrounded by iron chairs. Meanwhile, the mezzanine buzzes with activity in the restaurant, which overlooks the Piazza del Gusto and is adjacent to the cooking school, the bread-making school, and the multipurpose room.
