Upgrading sponge filter tops

When you have a large fishroom with a few hundred sponge filters, efficiency in maintaining them becomes very important. Over time I have been testing assorted changes to make my life easier and this is the newest update. Here, I'm replacing some parts with better designs as well as adding on new features.
