Janice Bellucci: Registration = Punishment
The reason public registration has grown to be the monster it is today is because of a US Supreme Court decision 2003 that held that registration is not punitive. Janice talks about why this decision must now be overturned. This is an excerpt from a presentation Janice Bellucci made at the National RSOL Conference on Friday July 17, 2014 in Dallas Texas. Technical issues prevented the recording of the entire session. http://www.nationalrsol.org
