新しい抹茶を棗に移す準備・ASMR　｜　Preparing Fresh Matcha for the Natsume・ASMR

新しい抹茶を買ってきました。 封を開けて、棗（なつめ）に移し替えるまでの、静かなひととき。 今日はその一連の準備を、そのままの音でお届けします。 棗に残っていた古い抹茶は、漆を傷つけないよう、ティッシュではなく布で優しく拭き清めます。先生に教わった、お道具を大切にするためのお手入れの仕方です。 新しい抹茶は、茶漉しでゆっくりと濾していきます。封を開けると抹茶はかなり飛び散るので、周りに紙を敷いておくのがちょっとしたコツ。焦らず丁寧に濾すと、後片付けもぐんと楽になります。 サラサラになった抹茶を、真ん中が山になるように、棗へそっと移し替えて。最後は茶筅でお茶を点てて、一服が仕上がるまで。 茶巾で拭う音、抹茶を濾す音、茶筅の音。BGMは入れず、暮らしの中のリアルな音だけを集めました。マインドフルネスの時間として、ASMRの癒やしとして、静かにお楽しみいただけたら嬉しいです。 I bought some fresh matcha today. A quiet moment of opening the package and transferring it into the natsume. Today, I'm sharing this gentle preparation with all its natural sounds. First, I wipe away the old matcha left in the lacquered natsume—using a cloth instead of tissue, to avoid scratching the delicate lacquer. This is how my teacher taught me to care for tea utensils. Then, I slowly sift the new matcha through a tea strainer. When you open matcha, it scatters quite a bit, so placing paper around the strainer is a helpful little trick. Sifting slowly and carefully also makes cleanup so much easier afterward. Once the matcha is fine and smooth, I transfer it into the natsume, mounding it gently in the center. Finally, I whisk a bowl of tea with the chasen until a single serving is complete. The sound of the chakin cloth, the sifting of matcha, the rhythm of the whisk. No background music—just the real, quiet sounds of everyday life.
