Heavy rainstorms struck Neihu District, Taipei, turning Jinlong Village into a river in an instant. A large amount of muddy water flooded a motorcycle shop, submerging almost all motorcycles, repair equipment, and parts. Even new motorcycles were washed away, leaving the scene in complete disarray.
