A walking tour of Midtown, Houston, Texas (Best Houston neighborhoods)

Midtown is a neighborhood in Houston, Texas located next to the Montrose, Downtown and Museum District areas. It's 1.24 square blocks with a high density of restaurants, bars and nightlife. It was the second residential area that was developed in Houston and it had a lot of victorian homes and ties to the oil industry. The area has been redeveloped today and it is a major nightlife destination. You will see a lot of cars out and people walking around dressed to go into clubs and people out trying to lure cars into paid parking spots. Some people say that the midtown area is reminiscent of New York City because of the high density of restaurants and coffee shops. DJs, steak night, and sports are popular in the area. And in terms of drinking and nightlife this video features Little Woodrows, Christian’s Tailgate, Wonder Bar, On the Kerb, 77 Degrees, Unicorn Disco, and Dogwood.
