Jaguar Project 7 road-trip to S.France via Le Mans & great roads. Plus retrofit Carplay review

Taking my 2015 Jaguar F-Type Project 7 to the S.France on some of my favourite roads plus a visit to the Le Mans Circuit Museum along the way. Before we left, I also updated the P7 by fitting an Incore Infotainment unit to the car as I wanted to see how good these units actually are.
