Caribbean Corn Pie (Eggless)//Sam's Gifted Hands

Corn pie can be enjoyed as a side dish with your Sunday meal and eaten with salad. Some love their corn moist, dry, or in between. Recipe 2 tablespoons of butter 1/2 of a large onion 5 mini bell peppers 1/2 scotch bonnet pepper Two cloves of garlic 1 medium-sized carrots 3 stalks of chive/green onion 1 tablespoon of flour with 1 tablespoon of water from whole corn mixed together. 1 14.75 oz tin of cream style corn 1 14.75 oz tin of whole corn 1 cup of evaporated milk (one tin can be used as well). 1 cup of corn meal (3/4 cups can be used as well) 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese ( more if you prefer) 1 cup of extra cheese for the top 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon salt Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes, depending on your stove. *If you wish you to donate to help my channel.
