Parables (short prose / epic analysis) - definition, interpretation, image level, factual level & example simply explained - German. Parables correspond to a short epic form. They are therefore short. Parables therefore belong to short prose. They are structured like a parable, in which the lesson must be discovered by the reader; it is accordingly hidden. The lesson is therefore not predetermined. The parable, the parable, consists of an image level and a factual level. The culmination point is called the tertium comparationis. The metaphorical level deals with reading, then the lesson is discovered and seen at the factual level. The reader is thus encouraged to reflect on and discover the lesson.
