Easter sunday 31 march at bradford cathedral afternoon bellringing

i got to halifax train station around 1 15 pm caught the 20 past 1 train to bradford got to bradford around 25 to 2 pm to bradford cathedral then started ringing around 2 15 till 20 past 3 pm ok we just managed to just get 12 bellringers a very very good turn out we all just rang rounds on call changes on 12 bells i managed to ring the big tenor 12th bell just by the electronic motor clock which conects in the ringing chamber its the same type as the one at dewsbury minster now thank you very very much for letting us ring at bradford cathedral the weather was quiet warm and sunny plenty of blue sky and white clouds Happy Easter to all the bellringers who attended to make up to ring all 12 bells eh every body some exellent striking maby a little bit of a clip but nothing so bad then i did some filming outside of the bells couldnt ring al 12 because i went outside to video 8 bells ringing then the back 10 bells ringing by stuart mills all diffrent bellringers from diffrent bell towers 1 from manchester cathedral 2 from gargrave st andrews church 1 from Halifax minster stuart mills 1 from sailtaire united reformed church tower captain carverley bradford cathedral 2 from leeds minster another young man like myself very very kean bellringer skipton 1 from bingley all saints tower i hope you like the bradford cathedral bells happy easter everybody lets hope we can ring there again more often please bradford cathedral 2 the very best of bradford and its glory and changes the adventure begins a new adventure trail the 12 bells were very very nice to ring the second rounds on 12 bells i then rang the 3third bell then went out to video the cathedrals bells the clock face is a bit untidy could do with painting up the blue paint on the blue clock face is pealing off over past the years maby it will get referbished in good time like halifax minster has been done its wearing away is the blue paint on bradford cathedral hope it gets done in the near future good luck now when the church clock faces have been repainted they stand out more can see much much better the one at saltaire united reformed church clock has been painted dark black gold as well
