Royal Caribbean Star of the Seas Balcony Cabin Tour. When compared to the Utopia of the Seas, the Star definitely has been given some upgrades as far as the cabins go. A slightly fancier design, highlighted lighting elements, and altogether a more expensive feeling than the somewhat cheap seeming Utopia. But, not everything is perfect!
