Venezuela was ‘completely unprepared’ to deal with the twin earthquakes
CNN Reporter Stefano Pozzebon claims Venezuela was “completely unprepared” to deal with the recent twin earthquakes which struck near Venezuela’s capital of Caracas. “It’s a country that was completely unprepared to deal with a natural emergency of this magnitude,” he told Sky News Australia. “And now they’re still trying to scramble plans on how to receive all the aid that has been offered.”
