Bedford machete attackers lose appeal bid
Gang members Maksims Boikovs and Terrell Romain were refused permission to appeal against their sentences for attacking a rival with a machete. The pair, from Bedford, were locked up for 14 and 18 years for their parts in a street brawl that occurred as part of a turf war.
