I love apricot jam! The only downside is that apricots aren't always in season. I take advantage of the low prices to buy a lot and make jam. The problem is, I never calculate correctly, and my reserves run out in winter, forcing me to buy more. Let's see if I get it right this year. Here's a video of me making a batch. To make it, you'll need: 500g pitted and chopped apricots 375g sugar 20g lemon juice And the steps to follow: 1. Place the apricots, lemon juice, and sugar in the mixing bowl. Place the uncovered Varoma container in position instead of the measuring cup and program 35 min/Varoma/speed 1. 2. Check the jam is cooked, immediately pour it into jars washed with hot water, and seal them immediately. Place the jars upside down and let them cool.
