He was released on bail of NT$700,000 early this morning. Yesterday, prosecutors and investigators arrested 14 members of the group in 25 separate operations. Chung Hsiao-chung and "Chiu Chui-liang," a member of the "Bamboo Union Gang's" Hsin-tang branch, were requested by prosecutors to be detained without visitation rights. The remaining lower-ranking members were released on bail ranging from NT$10,000 to NT$200,000.
