Mountain Biking The Long Island Double Crown | Glacier Ridge To Overton
I mountain biked all of Glacier Ridge and all of Overton Preserve to create a 26.3 mile loop with 1,878 feet of climbing. This was quite exhausting and I did it all with just one granola bar and some water. Definitely wouldn't recommend doing that. This was my longest ride yet and took nearly 4 hours to complete.
