PAN DULCE EN LICUADORA / RECETA FACIL / DE MANTECA

Ingredients: 2 eggs 120g sugar Orange blossom essence Lemon zest 1 tbsp honey 100g butter 120ml milk 5g dried yeast (25g fresh) Blend everything in the blender for 1 minute! Once blended, add everything to 500g all-purpose flour and mix until a dough forms! Let it rest for 1 hour or more! Then add the nuts or chocolate chips. I added 120g of each. Let it rise again in two 500g loaf pans until it doubles in size (approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes). Finally, bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 35 minutes.
