Manual data entry often leads to errors and duplicates, while poor integration between tools causes scattered data that's hard to track. Without automated workflows, sales teams spend excessive time on administrative tasks instead of focusing on closing deals. These issues slow down sales performance and hinder business growth. In this video, we'll solve all these issues with an automated lead management system built in Make.com. I'll demonstrate the most efficient way to automatically capture lead data and integrate it into your CRM for seamless relationship management. For this example, we'll use Typeform to collect lead information and Pipedrive as our CRM. We'll start by connecting our Typeform account to Make.com to access our leads' contact details. Then, we'll check Pipedrive to ensure the new lead isn't already in our CRM, preventing duplicates. After that, we'll create a series of logic-driven workflows to add new organizations and contacts in Pipedrive for any newly captured leads that aren't already included in our CRM. Finally, once we've created the appropriate organizations and contacts, we'll generate a new lead in Pipedrive with all the relevant lead information.
