I make my way back into Gorges de Daluis and via mountainous roads I finally discover the Col de la Lombarde for the very first time later this day. Thinking of my last time in the French Alps brings back many memories, especially Col de la Bonette, making me feel emotional about the journey I've had as a freelancer to get to where I am now.
