Dutch Food is Better Than Its Reputation! (Amsterdam Food Tour) @buncharted

Dutch food doesn't exactly have the best reputation. Ask most people and they'll think of cheese, maybe stroopwafels, and not much else. We thought the same thing — until we spent a week in Amsterdam eating everything we could find. From raw herring sandwiches on a street corner to a proper seafood restaurant where you pick your meal straight from the fish market, from centuries-old genever bars to late-night deep-fried mystery snacks pulled from a wall of vending machines, Amsterdam's food scene is way more diverse and way more delicious than anyone gives it credit for. We also dove into the city's incredible Indonesian food — a cuisine with deep roots in Dutch colonial history that's become one of the most beloved parts of eating here. No museums, no canals, no guided walks through the Red Light District. Just food. This is Amsterdam through its cuisine — and we hope you're hungry.    / @buncharted      / @awanderlustforlife   __________________________________________________________ Check out more Munich day trips on our website: https://www.nearfromhome.com __________________________________________________________ Book a Consultation with us!: https://link.nearfromhome.com/itinera... __________________________________________________________ Follow us on Instagram!
