Another fantastic split from the mystic Nipponic lands. On side A we have a blistering track of the AAAA collective tyrants, Anguis Dei. Satanic Symphonic Black Metal done right, with lightning fast drums and bleak yet melodic riffage, accompanied by brilliant keyboard work and Ur Èmdr Œrvn's ever insane vocal delivery. Hakuja returns out of the blue, breaking his very long hiatus since 2007's excellent "Legacy" demo with a track of melodic but razor sharp Black Metal, with excellent riffing along the traditions layed by bands of his city such as Infernal Necromancy and Insanity of Slaughter, and with excellent galloping basslines.
