The Best Crockpot Meatloaf

We’ve been enjoying this meatloaf for over 10 years! It’s the answer to getting dinner on the table after a busy day. And the leftovers are even better (if there are any leftovers)! 2 lbs ground beef 1/2 of a yellow onion, finely chopped 2 eggs 2/3 cup milk (we use 2%) 2/3 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs 1 teaspoon salt 1/2-1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon all purpose steak seasoning Ketchup Mix all ingredients except the ketchup by hand until incorporated completely. Do not over mix! Shape into a loaf shape that will fit your crockpot. Once you have added the meatloaf to your crockpot, top with a thick and even layer of ketchup (trust the process). Cook on low for 4 hours and enjoy! (If cooking from frozen, cook on low for 7 hours.)
