Pimento Cheese Spread • 1 8oz block of Cream Cheese • 2 8oz containers of Wisconsin Kaukauna Cheddar Cheese • 1 7 ounce jar of diced Pimento’s • 1 TSP of Hot Sauce • Salt & Pepper to taste Let your cheeses get to room temperature so you can combine all ingredients easier. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer thoroughly incorporate all together. You can adjust the Salt & Pepper and hot sauce to taste.
