Welcome to Part 5 of my Pregnancy Series. In this video, I’m sharing my second trimester experience — often described as the “lighter” phase of pregnancy — and how it actually felt for me in real life. After a challenging first trimester, the second trimester brought noticeable shifts in energy, mood, and overall wellbeing. In this video, I reflect on nutrition, supplementation, improving energy levels, experiencing more joy, and the early awareness of baby movements and kicks.
