The parade began at 11:00 AM on Fifth Avenue at East 41st Street and traveled through the busy streets of New York City all the way to Washington Square Park. The highlight of the festival was the magnificent Ratha Yatra chariots carrying Lord Jagannath, Lord Balabhadra, and Subhadra Devi.
