Boil all ingredients 1 and 2 in a pressure cooker. After the pressure cooker sizzles, reduce the heat 2. Continue the pressure cooker for 40 minutes from the hissing button, turn off the heat 3. Let it sit until the hissing is over, the right time to open it 4. Add brown sugar and granulated sugar, cook until the water is slightly cool 5. Heat the oil, fry the tripe and lungs, along with the spices (adjusted) until golden brown, remove 6.
