3DS Maka Wuhu Update in Mario Kart 8 Wii U

Since the Track Studio program has been released by the wonderful KillzXGaming, I thought I'd take a crack at updating some custom tracks that needed more polishing in terms of their lap paths, enemy/item routes, etc. I decided to update one of my favorite Mario Kart 7 tracks, Maka Wuhu. Now yes, there already is a version of it released for 8U, and I'm giving that version some big updates that really helps make the track how its supposed to be. Credit goes to lilchorizo02 for originally making this custom track and James_8dx for the byaml from the Deluxe port.
