W tym filmie pokazuję rozwiązanie problemu migania wszystkich diod. W tym przypadku uszkodzeniu uległa taśma sygnałowa łącząca płytę główną z czujnikiem pozycji karetki głowicy. Naprawa polega na wymianie wadliwej taśmy sygnałowej na nową zamienną różniącą się jedynie długością. Podczas wymiany należy na nowej taśmie sygnałowej nakleić dwustronną taśmę klejącą zgodnie ze schematem punktów na oryginalnej taśmie sygnałowej. Następnie nową taśmę sygnałową wyprofilować zagięciami wzorując się na oryginalnej, zaczynając od strony czujnika karetki. Ma to znaczenie, gdyż taśma zamienna jest kilkanaście milimetrów dłuższa i jej nadmiar łatwiej będzie ułożyć od strony płyty głównej. Na jednym ze zdjęć widać nacięcie końcówki taśmy w celu łatwiejszego montażu w gnieździe czujnika karetki. Problem może dotyczyć modeli: Epson L1110, Epson L3100, Epson L3101, Epson L3110, Epson L3115, Epson L3116, Epson L3150, Epson L3151, Epson L3156, Epson L3160, Epson L5190, Epson ET-2810, Epson ET-2815. Awaria migania wszystkich diod występuje również w przypadku pęknięcia laminatu czujnika enkodera kołowego znajdującego się z lewej strony drukarki. Uszkodzenie to występuję gdy pęknięciu ulegają mocowania zasilacza do obudowy drukarki np. w wyniku upadku drukarki z podpiętym przewodem zasilającym. In this video I show you how to solve the problem of all LEDs flashing in the EPSON L3151 printer. In this case, the signal ribbon connecting the motherboard to the head carriage position sensor was damaged. The repair involves replacing the faulty signal ribbon with a new one, differing only in length. When replacing it, apply double-sided adhesive tape to the new signal ribbon following the dotted lines on the original signal ribbon. Then, shape the new signal ribbon with folds similar to the original, starting from the carriage sensor side. This is important because the replacement tape is several millimeters longer and its excess will be easier to place on the motherboard side. One of the photos shows a cut in the end of the ribbon for easier installation in the carriage sensor socket. A failure to flash all the LEDs also occurs when the laminate on the circular encoder sensor located on the left side of the printer is cracked. This damage occurs when the power supply's mounting points to the printer's casing are cracked, for example, as a result of the printer being dropped with the power cable connected.
