White Sauce Ingredients: 1 tablespoon of butter 1 tablespoon of wheat flour 250ml of milk 100g grated cheese Minced garlic to taste Preparation: Melted butter, garlic, and flour over low heat. Then add the milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Finish with cheese. Alternate layers of mashed potatoes and sauce in a baking dish. Microwave on high for 6 minutes. Breaded Fish Fillet Ingredients: 4 fish fillets (hake) 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise 1 egg 2 cups of cornmeal crumbs Lemon and dried spices to taste Preparation: Season the fish, mix the mayonnaise with the egg, coat the fillets, then coat them in the crumbs and arrange them in a baking dish.
